Basically, KVM is a 3 on 3 battle.

Apply by clicking on the battle button from the interface, as a group or individually.

Basically, KVM is a 5 on 5 battle.

First, you apply with a KVM receptionist, in a group or individually.

Group applications are for when you intend to enter the KVM with your party or guild members,
