Functional preferences
When you choose settings or acknowledge the cookie notice, RagnarokSearch stores a cookie named rs_preferences. It remembers your selected Renewal or Pre-Renewal database, color theme, server rate multipliers and whether you have acknowledged the current cookie notice. A notice acknowledgement is not an advertising consent signal. It expires after 180 days, unless you clear it sooner.
The cookie does not contain your name, email address, account or a unique advertising identifier. It is sent only to this site and is not accessible to page scripts.
Saved skill builds
If you choose “Save locally” in the skill simulator, up to eight builds are stored in your browser under rs-skill-builds-v1. They contain class, skill levels and point settings. They are not uploaded to an account or server. Use “Clear saved builds” in the simulator to remove them. Shared builds are encoded in the URL fragment.
Character calculator builds
The character calculator remembers your current build and up to ten named saves per game version in this browser. These contain class, stats, equipment, cards, skills, buffs and combat settings. Build settings are sent to this site to calculate results and retrieve sprites; they are not stored in a server account. Shared builds use a URL fragment. Remove named builds in Save / load, use Reset for the current build, or clear site storage to remove all saved builds.
Outfit links
The outfit simulator keeps item IDs, character class and gender in the page URL so you can reload or share your outfit. These choices are sent to this site to retrieve matching sprites. They are not saved to an account or browser storage.
Map layers and MVP timers
Your map layer switches are saved locally under rs-map-layers-v1. MVP timers are saved under rs-mvp-timers-v1, including the monster, map, optional server label, last kill time and respawn window. These timers are not uploaded to an account or shared with other players. Remove individual timers or use Clear timers in the tool to delete them for the selected game version.
World map links
World map links include the selected map, monster and route endpoints. These choices are sent to this site when you open the link. Zoom, map position and layer settings use a URL fragment and are not sent with the page request. Atlas searches run in your browser when JavaScript is enabled. No atlas choices are saved to an account.
Crafting settings
Crafting calculators share one set of saved stats, crafting options and optional item prices in this browser. Existing settings from your preferred database are carried over when you first open a shared calculator; the earlier saved profiles are kept. Settings are sent to this site to calculate results; prices stay in your browser. Calculation links store settings in the URL fragment. Use Reset to restore crafting defaults, or clear site storage in your browser to remove saved settings and prices.
Google Analytics and advertising
RagnarokSearch loads Google Analytics to measure site usage and Google AdSense to display advertising. Google may use cookies and similar technologies and process page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses and advertising or analytics identifiers for measurement, ad delivery and related purposes. Shared links can include build settings in their URLs.
Google and its partners may serve personalized or non-personalized advertising according to available consent signals and settings. Where a Google consent message is shown, use it to make or change your choices. The site's preference notice and reset button do not replace that consent message.

Search requests go to RagnarokSearch. Following an external source link takes you to that website, which has its own privacy practices.
Server logs
The web server processes the IP address and request information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. Application logs exclude search query strings. The supplied production configuration keeps routine access logging disabled; hosting and security infrastructure may maintain its own operational logs.
Manage your settings
You can delete the RagnarokSearch preference cookie using the button below. Use browser cookie controls to remove Google cookies or other site storage. The site will continue to work with default settings. You can also choose not to save preferences by disabling cookies in your browser.
