As a Genetic, bring an evolved level 99 Homunculus to Viorel at job3_gen01 12, 44. Follow the research route through Viorel's house and Jeyna's experiment. After the Strange Embryo stage, return to Viorel: pay 50,000 Zeny to select Eira, Bayeri, Sera, Dieter or Eleanor, or choose the free random mutation.

A Homunculus S keeps its previous stats and skills, gains its new skill tree, and can reach level 275. It receives 10% of the master's qualifying kill EXP.
