Thief Job Change
Join the Thief Guild with the Pre-Renewal route, from registration to your final promotion.
Pack for the whole quest
- Novice at Job Level 10, with Basic Skill at Level 9.
- Spend your remaining skill points before requesting the promotion.
- Change to Thief.

Leave the pyramid and speak to Mr. Irrelevant between the columns. Confirm entry to the mushroom farm. Your application must already be accepted by the Thief Guide.

Attack the Orange Mushrooms and pick up their quest drops. Orange Net Mushrooms are worth 3 points each; Orange Gooey Mushrooms are worth 1. Nine Net Mushrooms, or eight Net and one Gooey, are enough.
The farm also contains hostile monsters. Heal as needed and collect your drops immediately. If you leave short of 25 points, Mr. Irrelevant can send you back.
Have Comrade count the mushrooms
Return to Comrade beside the Thief Guide. Submit at least 25 points; the quest mushrooms in your inventory are consumed. Finish his dialogue to receive the promotion.

Finish the promotion conversation with the guild NPC. Open your character window and confirm that your class is now Thief. Your new profession starts at Job Level 1; the quest is finished.
