Description: Allows the target to absolutely
evade an enemy attack. Evades all types of
attacks (normal, skills, spells), but for area
multi-hit spells(such as Storm Gust or Lord of
Vermilion) only the 1st hit is dodged.
When you evade even once, the effect
disappears. Can only be used on yourself,
your spouse, children or other Soul Linkers.
[Lv 1]: 33% evade chance
[Lv 2]: 66% evade chance
[Lv 3]: 100% evade chance
Comments: Can be used to block the first hit
of an MvP's Earthquake.
