Pre-Renewal RO skill simulator
A build that follows your path. Learn, refine and make every point count.
Loading skill tree…
Quest skills do not consume points. Earlier allocations are kept when you add a later class; rebirth replaces the original second-job allocation. This planner supports partial builds, so you can plan later stages before filling every earlier point.
Plan a skill build across your class progression
Choose a class and a ruleset
Start with the class you want to play and check the Renewal or Pre-Renewal switch above the simulator. The selected database determines the skill tree and job progression. A skill with the same name can have different requirements between editions, so compare the matching database page before committing points in the game. The planner starts with first classes and keeps Novice points outside the build.
Allocate points and check prerequisites
Select a skill to change its level, then watch the remaining point totals for each stage of your class progression. Prerequisites help explain why a later skill needs points in an earlier one. Use the skill search to locate a name within the current build. The option for spending later-stage points on earlier skills lets you explore allocations across class stages. Check the source skill page for effects, required equipment and level scaling; the planner focuses on learning the build.
Compare, save and share
Use Undo while experimenting, and save a build when you reach an allocation you want to keep. Sharing a build gives another player a link to the same setup and ruleset. Keep separate versions for different purposes, such as leveling and a planned party role. Once the skill allocation is settled, continue in the character calculator to compare equipment, card bonuses and combat estimates. A complete skill tree is only one part of a character build.
