Close Confine immobilizes

an enemy that is very close

to you. However, there are

a few nuances regarding its

use on players or monsters.

Now, Close Confine is

similar to the Monk's skill,

Root, but it only inhibits the

enemy's movement, not

its attack capabilities.

With the exception of

Back Stab, which we can

only use once during Close

Confine's duration, we can

use any skill during the

Close Confine status.

Enemies affected by

Close Confine can escape

by using Fly Wing, Butterfly

Wings, or the Teleport or

Hiding skills. However, only

Hiding is active during WoE.

Therefore, Close Confine

can be a very useful skill

during Guild War sieges, given

that the target doesn't use the

the Hiding skill to get away.

With the exception of Boss

monsters, Close Confine

will immobilize monsters for
