Magic Rod Max Level: 5 Skill Form: Active - Counter Description: Upon being attacked with a skill, using Magic Rod has a chance of giving the SP that the enemy has used for the skill to the caster instead of damage. Countering Spell Breaker with Magic Rod will reduce the target's SP by 20% when it is successful. [Lv 1]: 0.4 seconds duration, 20% of cost absorbed [Lv 2]: 0.6 seconds duration, 40% of cost absorbed [Lv 3]: 0.8 seconds duration, 60% of cost absorbed [Lv 4]: 1.0 seconds duration, 80% of cost absorbed [Lv 5]: 1.2 seconds duration, 100% of cost absorbed Comments: Magic Rod is a counter skill, very similar to Knight's Auto Counter. Upon using the skill, nothing visually will happen. However, if you do absorb a skill, you will see an animation and hear a sound effect. Different from Knight's Auto Counter is the fact that you can absorb an unlimited number of spells during the skill's duration. This allows the Sage to absorb Double Casted bolts, every hit of a Waterball, or even magical damage being casted from multiple sources simultaneously. Only work against magical spells that are targeted.
