Deluge Max Level: 5 Skill Form: Active, Area Enchantment Description: Enchants an area on the ground so that it will amplify all Water elemental attacks. Water Element players and monsters inside the enchanted area will also gain bonus MaxHP. This area will also enable the use of Water Ball and Aqua Benedicta. Other Sage skills that target the ground can't be cast over Deluge. Initial cast requires 1 Yellow Gemstone, but casting the skill again while the previous instance is still active will move the Deluge and not consume a Gemstone. [Lv 1]: +10% Water Damage, +5% MaxHP, 60 seconds duration [Lv 2]: +14% Water Damage, +9% MaxHP, 120 seconds duration [Lv 3]: +17% Water Damage, +12% MaxHP, 180 seconds duration [Lv 4]: +19% Water Damage, +14% MaxHP, 240 seconds duration [Lv 5]: +20% Water Damage, +15% MaxHP, 300 seconds duration Comments: Players can only benefit from the bonus HP granted by this skill if they are wearing water armor, such as when using Swordfish Card. Volcano, Deluge and Violent Gale can all be used interchangeably without consuming Gemstones each time you recast the skill.
