Casts an area on the ground that amplifies all Water property attacks. and increases the MaxHP of all characters within its area of effect, This skill acts as shallow water for skills Aqua Benedicta and Water Ball. (When using waterball, Deluge's range is reduced by the range of waterball.) This skill cannot be cast on a cell currently affected by any floor skill or ground targeted skill. Duration is (skill level)minutes. Casting this skill, Whirlwind or Volcano while the buff is active will not incur a Gemstone cost.
