The conversion rate is 10:1 modified by SkillLV, so a 2000 HP Professor with Health Conversion LV 3 would consume 2000*10%=200 HP and obtain a total of 200*30%=60 SP. [Lv 1]: 10% of the converted HP, 1.0 sec After Cast Delay [Lv 2]: 20% of the converted HP, 1.2 sec After Cast Delay [Lv 3]: 30% of the converted HP, 1.4 sec After Cast Delay [Lv 4]: 40% of the converted HP, 1.6 sec After Cast Delay [Lv 5]: 50% of the converted HP, 1.8 sec After Cast Delay Comments: The skill itself requires SP to be used, meaning that an user at 0 SP won't be able to convert any SP. Combined with a Vitata Card, it's possible to sustain oneself indefinitely by simply turning HP into SP and then healing yourself.
