Weapon Refine Max Level: 10 Skill Form: Active Description: Refines weapons to increase their refinement. Unlike weapon smithing, which is affected by DEX and LUK, this skill's success rate is affected by the user's Job Level alone. Whitesmith has same rate of success as Item Upgrade NPCs at Job Level 50, has 5% greater chance of success than Item Upgrade NPCs at Job Level 60, and have a 10% greater chance of success at Job Level 70. If upgrade attempt fails, the weapon will be destroyed. Level 1 Weapon require 1 Phracon. Level 2 Weapon require 1 Emveretarcon. Level 3-4 Weapon requires 1 Oridecon. [Lv 1]: Up to +1 maximum refine level [Lv 2]: Up to +2 maximum refine level [Lv 3]: Up to +3 maximum refine level [Lv 4]: Up to +4 maximum refine level [Lv 5]: Up to +5 maximum refine level [Lv 6]: Up to +6 maximum refine level [Lv 7]: Up to +7 maximum refine level [Lv 8]: Up to +8 maximum refine level [Lv 9]: Up to +9 maximum refine level [Lv 10]: Up to +10 maximum refine level Comments: This skill is only for Weapons, not Armors. The success chance increases by 0.5% for each Job Level above 50. If the Whitesmith is below Job50, the chance of success is lower than the normal NPC.
