[Lv 4]: 3 Blades, 3 seconds Cast Time
[Lv 5]: 3 Blades, 3 seconds Cast Time
[Lv 6]: 4 Blades, 4 seconds Cast Time
[Lv 7]: 4 Blades, 4 seconds Cast Time
[Lv 8]: 5 Blades, 5 seconds Cast Time
[Lv 9]: 5 Blades, 5 seconds Cast Time
[Lv 10]: 6 Blades, 6 seconds Cast Time
Comments: Skill Levels 3, 5, 7 and 9 offer no
improvement over the previous Skill Level, but
cost more SP to use.
This skill is strictly worse damage than a
Freezing Spear of the same level, doing about
half of the damage. It's only worth using
against Water Element enemies, which will
take more damage from Wind and less from
Water.
