Everyone orders kaluna milk here because of the oven resolution by Peperoncino, Gamberry, and Thomas. But Pub-Oven's real specialty menu is the fish cake.

Fish cake is a white fish fillet mashed with boiled beans that is shaped and fried. It's really delicious but no one asks for it.

So we don't even have the ingredients prepared these days. When there's an order once in a while, we run to the fish store to buy a cod and start cooking then.
