This so-called Dimensional Crack, where the Demon God has taken up residence, falls into Bifrost's jurisdiction.

He and us are like two sides of the coin, or above and below the waterline.

He and us aren't exactly running parallel to each other, but maybe standing in a universe parallel to each other's.
