Alchemist Job Change
Complete the guild’s laboratory training, learn mixtures, assist the Juno experiment and graduate with a creation guide.
Pack for the whole quest
- Merchant at Job Level 40 or higher.
- Spend all remaining skill points. Job Level 50 gives you the full first-job skill pool.
- 50,000 Zeny registration, plus one assigned collection.
- Job Level 50 waives the arithmetic exam, not the entire quest.
- Keep 1 Alcohol, 1 Detrimindexta and 1 Karvodailnirol to obtain the mixture lesson; they are not consumed unless you craft a mixture yourself.
- Change to Alchemist.

Pay 50,000 Zeny and receive one collection: 7 Berserk Potions, 100 Mini Furnaces, or 7,500 Fire Arrows. Deliver that collection. An Old Magicbook plus Hammer of Blacksmith can replace the assigned supplies.

Bring the three Medicine Bowls, three Empty Bottles and one each Red, Yellow and White Herb. Choose: prepare the bowl, add herbs, crush herbs, pour clean water, continue crushing, pour into an empty bottle. Finish the lesson and collect the potions.
Darwin can accept an Illusion Flower as an alternate route past this lesson. Use that option only if you intend to spend the flower.

Visit Aure Dupon in Geffen, then Morgenstein upstairs in the old Blacksmith building. Ask for the full Counteragent and Mixture explanation; you do not need to buy a finished product.
