Carry a Purification Potion to Iara in Brasilis Dungeon and agree to use it. One potion is consumed per exchange. Renewal grants a full heal, FLEE +20 and critical +10 for one hour. The exchange also applies the six +3 stat-food effects. Keep a potion when approaching Iara; approaching without one can inflict a status effect.
