Talk to the Pastor, then bring 1 Grape, 1 Unripe Apple, 1 Coal, 3 Cyfar, 3 Empty Bottle, 5 Jellopy and 20 Sticky Mucus. Give him the set.

Return to the Soldier. The delivery succeeds on a 40% roll and teaches Shrink. If it fails, return to the Pastor for a fresh dose, then revisit the Soldier. The retry does not require another material set.
