Bring the exact base item listed above. Obtain the Energy Crystals through trade or Reno's Energy Crystal hunting quests and buffs. His three-hour accumulation buff awards 2 to 4 crystals after you return; the buff requires level 60 for Rough, 80 for Purified or 90 for High crystals.
Reno can compress 10 Rough Energy Crystal into 1 Purified Energy Crystal, or 5 Purified Energy Crystal into 1 High Energy Crystal. Choose the relevant crystal grade for this recipe.
Exchange for the upgraded headgear
Choose Exchange Crystals for Headgear, select the required crystal type and then the base headgear. Read the equipment-loss notice and confirm. The base item and crystals are consumed to make Improved Bongun Hat [1].
