Must have a Makeover Brush and consume 1 Face Paint. The chance of success depends on the caster and target's level and stats.
[Lv 1] : Flee Rate 10% Decrease / Casting Speed 20% Decrease / Duration 10 sec.
[Lv 2] : Flee Rate 20% Decrease / Casting Speed 30% Decrease / Duration 15 sec.
[Lv 3] : Flee Rate 30% Decrease / Casting Speed 40% Decrease / Duration 20 sec.
