Description: Periodically collects the Soul Energy required for the Soul Reaper skills.
Initially, you can have up to 5 Soul Energy. Once you reach the Maximum limit, you can no longer collect it.
[Level 1]: 1 Soul Energy every 60 sec.
[Level 2]: 1 Soul Energy every 50 sec.
[Level 3]: 1 Soul Energy every 40 sec.
[Level 4]: 1 Soul Energy every 30 sec.
[Level 5]: 1 Soul Energy every 20 sec.
