Throws a talisman at the target, dealing non-attribute magic DMG and restoring the caster's SP.
DMG increases based on the acquired Talisman Polishing and Guidance Polishing skill levels, the caster's base level, and SPL.
The amount of SP recovered is additionally increased based on the caster's base level.
DMG properties change depending on the Mild Wind.
