Details : Available when wearing a shield.
Throws a shield at the target, inflicting long range physical damage to the target and enemies within 9x9 cells around it.
For 5 seconds, hit enemies' movement speed is reduced by 20% and damage taken increases by 10% (does not apply to boss-type monsters).
Deals additional damage depends on level of Self Study Tactics user learned, user's base level and POW.
After casting, the weapon cannot be replaced for 1.2 seconds.
