status effect not only drains HP, it also prevents
targets from recovering SP.

[Lv 4]: 260% damage
[Lv 5]: 300% damage
Comments: Skill will fail against Bosses.
Non-boss Demon and Undead will receive
damage but never the Bleeding effect, since
these two are naturally immune to it.
