Kagerou & Oboro Job Change
Complete the clan’s knowledge, survival, weaponry and battle tests. Male Ninjas become Kagerou; female Ninjas become Oboro.
Pack for the whole quest
- Ninja, Base Level 99 and Job Level 70. Spend all skill points.
- Metal for the crafting test. One melt needs at least 50 points in one metal family: 50 Iron Ore, 25 Iron or 17 Steel are straightforward choices. Bring extras in case crafting fails.
- Healing supplies for the survival board and battle test. Leave at least 200 free weight for the final reward.

Find the hidden drawing inside the Ninja Guild
Enter the guild in Amatsu and approach the initial trigger. Investigate the Wall with a Drawing and take the hidden passage to the old man.

Select the Knowledge test through Gion and speak to Kuuga Gai. Answer at least nine of ten questions correctly. The test draws from Ninja skills, elemental Kunai recipes, equipment and the original job-change story. A failure gives you a new set to try.

Select Survival through Gion. Start at Sight and roll the dice to move around the board. Resolve the tile you land on: healing, a penalty, a fight or a wait. Keep rolling until you reach the final Sight and the quest records the pass.
Wait tiles use the quest timer; clicking them repeatedly does not shorten it. Return to Gion after the test to hear the next part of the clan story and select your remaining test.

Select Weaponry through Gion and speak to Joe. Use the crafting tools and melt enough of one metal family to reach 50 points. Iron Ore gives 1, Iron 2 and Steel 3; Phracon, Emveretarcon and Rough Oridecon form the other family. Mixing the families reduces your accumulated points.
Choose a dagger or shuriken mold, then alternate grinding and tempering before selecting Final Touches. If no weapon is produced, gather fresh metal and retry. Show the completed prototype to Joe before refining it.

Equip the prototype and use the Refinement Tools. These tools supply the refinement materials. A failed test refinement lowers the refine level by one, so keep trying until +7 or higher.
Return to Joe with the test weapon equipped. At +7 or +8, confirm you are satisfied to pass. Joe takes the weapon for finishing; ordinary weapons are not substitutes.

Report all three passes to Gion and finish the remaining clan story. Enter the battle test and search for the monster named exactly “Clan Secret”. Similar names and sprites are decoys. Defeat the correct target to qualify for the last conversation.
