Royal Guard Job Change
Recover the sacred cloth and use the King’s Shield to meet the memory of King Schmidtz.
Pack for the whole quest
- Crusader or Paladin, Base Level 99 and Job Level 50 or higher.
- Spend all remaining skill points before applying and before the final promotion.
- If you are still an ordinary second job, complete rebirth first to retain access to transcendent skills. Transcendent characters can train to Job Level 70 before changing.
- Change to Royal Guard and the job quest’s equipment rewards.

Find the Middle-aged Gentleman in Prontera Castle. Ask about the Royal Guards and agree to his task.
