Quagmire Max Level: 5 9Requirement: Heaven's Drive 1 Skill Form: Active Description: Temporarily converts targeted area into marshland that will reduce the Movement Speed, AGI and DEX of all targets by half. The reduction of those stats is capped at 50% for monsters and 25% for players. [Lv 1]: 5 seconds Duration, -10 AGI/DEX [Lv 2]: 10 seconds Duration, -20 AGI/DEX [Lv 3]: 15 seconds Duration, -30 AGI/DEX [Lv 4]: 20 seconds Duration, -40 AGI/DEX [Lv 5]: 25 seconds Duration, -50 AGI/DEX Comments: When a player steps into an enemy's Quagmire, speed buffs such as Increase Agility, Twohand Quicken and Adrenaline Rush are cancelled. Monsters are affected by the reduced movement speed for some time after leaving Quagmire, but players will go back to their normal walk speed as soon as they exit the affected area.
