Against monsters, this will decrease their ATK by 25% temporarily.
Both Base Chance and Base Duration are affected by the difference between both the user's and target's DEX. (Chance, Duration).

[Lv 3] : Strip chance: 20%
[Lv 4] : Strip chance: 25%
[Lv 5] : Strip chance: 30%
